Netter Vermieter. Sehr schön, das man von der Tiefgarage per Aufzug ins Dachgeschoss fahren konnte. Straßenbahnhaltestelle in der Nähe und wir sind mit einer Wochenkarte des ÖPNV überall hin gekommen. Allerdings die Sauberkeit im Bad war etwas ernüchternd, Haare auf dem Boden die definitiv nicht von einem selbst Stammen sind nicht sehr schön, Duschvorhang sollte öfters getauscht werden, Kalk am Duschkopf sind auch nicht schön anzusehen. Waren 3 Tage dort. Frühstücken kann man beim Bäcker ( 6 min zu Fuß) oder holt sich dort seine Brötchen. Von dort eine halbe Stunde mit dem Wagen zur Festung Königstein. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief problemlos. Ideal um Dresden und Umgebung für ein paar Tage zu erkunden. ##### Gisela ---
