Awesome stay.
This place is great! They do not have a 24 hour reception but the self check in was fast and easy. The room was spotless and cleaned fully every three days. Even at 10am on New Years Day! We declined that one and just took some towels LOL We stayed for two weeks. The layout and the large windows gave a very open feel to the room. There was enough room for us to have visitors and not be crowded. The windows open to give some fresh air. The kitchen has a two burner stove, tea kettle and coffee machine. Enough room for two people to cook. It was missing an egg flipper/spatula and a microwave. A microwave would have been a handy addition. We cooked a lot in the room. Saves a lot of money to do that. A block away from the tram stop or sbahn. Two blocks from a grocery store, Rewe. And a great coffee shop right next door. This place just had a really good vibe. I would highly recommend it. The price was more than reasonable for what we received.

Our family journey to Dresden was memorable. The hotel is close to the Zwinger and all of the delights of the Altstadt. I have spent a lot of time in Dresden, gaining my B2 language certificate at the Goethe Institute but it was the first time for my two daughters and son-in-law. As conservation architects they thoroghly enjoyed their time in Dresden. Many thanks to Paul Kirsch for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable.

Our apartment was beautiful. Spacious, very new, clean and well outfitted. Property management was very responsive when we checked in after hours and helpful with booking a taxi. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Absolutely beautiful apartment, very large, clean and comfortable with a little balcony overlooking a garden - perfect for summer. Big well-equipped kitchen area, decent bathroom, great location for both the train station and the city centre, and lovely staff, who were really helpful when I was delayed and arriving after the reception was closed. Couldn't really ask for more. Dresden is a lovely city and a great base for the surrounding countryside, which is gorgeous.

Over charged place. Very basic furniture in an old building. The cushion of the lounge chair looks dirty might never cleaned. No air condition only a very small fan. For this kind of price don’t worth it. Reception was also very cold.

Great place, super location and spacious rooms.
Very roomy and clean space. We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is only a couple blocks from the Old Town Center and a 5 min walk from a major Train station (S-Bahn and DB) The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped. The fridge actually cools (not like not most Hotel Mini-Fridges). Overall you get a lot of value and don't feel like living out of a small hotel room! We would stay here again!

The apartment was spacious clean in the personal laundry was a god surprise. The Hotel don’t have a laundry machine neither the dryer so the personel of you hotel take care of it, clean my clothes and brought it back to my room. Also parking is available if reservation with the reception.

Good Location and Very Clean
The apartment was in an excellent location. The 11 tram ran from the station and passed the hotel. It was an easy walk to the old town and it was very quiet. Note that the elevator doesn't go to the top floor. You go up the stairs from the floor below. There is no microwave and our apartment had a shower over the bath.

Nice place to stay, nothing fancy
This was a very convenient place to stay near Altstadt, but a few steps away from the hoards of tourists. Older building (I liked the style), apartment style room with tiny kitchenette, living room and separate bedroom. Bed was comfortable.

Took me half an hour to find the reception which is located in another building! Stayed for 4 nights, would not worth for the money. Room service is every second room which was not mentioned. The reception did not co-operative. Extremely poor WIFI!!!

Great room with a great location into town.
The room was a great fit for me and purchase family of four... the living room, kitchen, and bathroom were super clean and comfortable. The location was great too walking into down town by the Zwinger was awesome did not feel like a ten minute walk into town.

We had a two bedroom apartment for a couple with two kids. Very spacious, clean and well equipped. Very friendly staff. Didn't like that they advertise a base price and then charge extra per person, even a baby of 11 months.

This is the best you will find.
Staff incredibly friendly. The best place I stayed in Germany. Perfect location near everything. Beautiful room. Wifi perfect. If I ever go back I would stay there. Really the best.

Quality marred.
This hotel gives a quality first impression; clean lines, modern and minimal. Staff not just efficient, but some were exceptional in their friendliness. Regrettably, the negative came with lack of any English language TV channels compounded by no VOD/MOD. Unable to assess restaurant facilities as did not avail myself. One concern was over fire escape procedures. After 10.00 pm there appeared no one on duty as reception was locked up. I saw no fire safety notices in the room but was not explicitly looking. Also I could find no way to alter room temperatures. Despite these issues I would recommend this establishment, and even more so if they were addressed.

Excellent alternative to traditional hotel.
A friend and I stayed here so we could visit the Dresden Christmas markets which were wonderful. The hotel was on a tram line that took us right into the city center. This property had some of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in.

Sehr freundliches Personal,große und saubere Zimmer,ruhig,alles vorhanden was man braucht,wie eine kleine Wohnung. Und der Preis ist unschlagbar. Also rundum zufrieden. Wenn ich wieder nach Dresden komm,werd ich mich auf jeden fall wieder für diese Unterkunft entscheiden.

Was a really nice stay. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay. Some parts could be cleaned a bit better, but in general it was quite a clean and tidy apartment. It's also close (walking distance) to the city center and you have several public transport options in the area.

Es war eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, sehr sauber und alles, was man benötigte, war vorhanden. Eine gute zentrale Lage, fussläufig alles , was uns wichtig war, erreichbar. An der Rezeption hat man uns begrüßt und sogar unser Auto konnten wir etwas länger stehen lassen
