"I had a pleasant check-in experience, and the hotel itself is very nice overall. However, it did feel like there was a strong push to pay for early check-in, otherwise rooms weren't readily available. The shuttle service was a mixed experience. One driver came across as quite unfriendly and seemed unhappy, which made for an unpleasant ride. On the other hand, another driver, who wore a turban, was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional. The difference in customer service between the two was remarkable. Overall, it's a great place to stay, but more consistent customer service from the shuttle staff would make the experience even better."

"Wonderful staff, considerate and helpful. 10 min walk to night market. Nice indoor heated pool with a good size water slide. Only con is depending on what side of the hotel your room is, you may hear the planes flying by and/or the metros going by."

"This property is clean, conveniently located, pleasant staff and serves a choice for breakfast. There are two buildings and we were in the older building. It is dated but well equipped and more than adequate for our needs. This building has stairs to reach the second floor - the newer has an elevator so if you have mobility issues be sure to request the newer building. Other than that - staff were accommodating and pleasant. I would stay there again without hesitation."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Ocean Promenade Hotel. The room was very clean and very comfortable. Underground parking was nice to keep our car cooler as the weather had been quite sunny and warm. The only complaint I have is the check-in process is tricky because there’s only one space at the side of the building on a very narrow street. We had to circle the block a few times to wait for a car that was there ahead of us. We didn’t yet have our key to open the garage door, but once we did, everything went smoothly. The location was great, and the staff was very pleasant and accommodating."
