"We have the executive suite and its huge. Room is missing a microwave with this type of room for me to heat up my food. Staff are courteous and helpful. Lobby is somehow small by area size and people are getting crowded during mid day for check out."

"The hallway had an unpleasant smell, and the floor was damaged. I noticed several broken tiles that were only covered with tape, which felt unsafe, especially for kids who could easily trip over them. The room also had a moldy smell upon arrival. In addition, there were no towels provided when I checked in, and I was informed that they would only be available by 7 PM And wifi is terrible i can barely search using the wifi. "

"The room looks nothing like the photos posted on the app. It was filthy and disgusting. Dirty floor, dirty kitchen, dirty bathroom, leaking AC and a huge hole behind the TV stand exposing the pipe lines and AC dripping water over the wall. Paints on the wall are chipping, bed sheets and pillows look like was never changed from the last occupants. The dirty mop, bucket and broom right when you open the bathroom door, the stove all rusty and sink looks like it was never wiped since forever! Literally the worst I've ever seen. We arrived at night and I had to wait forever for a person to open the door coz the Security Guards at the lobby wouldn't allow me to get the keys when I already have an email confirmation and conversation with the contact person and was told to tell the Security Guard to get it from the mailbox but refused to do so coz they were looking for a specific form that was never given to me in the first place. Never again!!"

"It was a great stay. However, we arrived early but they could not accommodate us even when we requested if we can check in early since we are not staying the morning of our last day. Niel of the concierge was amazing, he made sure our stay is memorable. Niel shout out to you. =) Thank you for your service."
