We loved the condo and the hot tub! It's conveniently located close to Estes while also providing some seclusion and space to enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery. Kyle and Krissy were friendly and communicative, and they gave us some great recommendations for dining ahead of our visit.
We stayed at this cabin for a weekend girls trip. Location was great. Quiet and peaceful setting. We enjoyed the front porch and hot tub! Would stay here again! Thank you!
Wonderful rental property. Great location with fantastic scenery. King size beds are very comfortable. Awesome to look up at the night sky while relaxing in the hot tub. Gorgeous river just a 30 second walk down from the property. Great deck out front as well as out back. It felt very warm and cozy. Highly recommend!
Amazing time beautiful views we stayed here with our daughter an son in law an 14 yr old granddaughter. Very clean nice property. Comfortable and easy access which ever direction your headed in the Big Thompson Canyon.
Thank you very much to the Host you have an amazing team here.
We loved this place. They have everything you need for a fabulous vacation. Units were clean and cozy. We stayed in a 2 bedroom which was perfect for me, my husband and another couple. Very close to downtown Estes and the park entrance. We will definitely come back.
My kids and I were on a cross-country camping trip and I decided to treat us! The river behind the resort was our favorite part. The mountain view from the front porch was great, too. The unit fit our needs perfectly and was very clean. Also, our host was very helpful. We cleaned up and recharged. I will definitely visit again.
This property was great for our extended family & pup! It snowed the whole time, and the mountain from the bedroom window and the views from the back porch were awesome. The river is a short walk down the stairs and had it been warmer, we would have been able to do more that the place had to offer, such as fire pit and porch nights. Kids loved the hot tub when it was snowing! So much fun!
Waking up to the sounds of the river running and the breeze racing down the mountains was so refreshing, This place was magic for us. We loved being able to watch the stars from the hot tub and then cozy up next to a fire after. Have everything you need to make breakfast ( or any other meal) every morning and they had great coffee available that we took advantage of every day. Quiet, cozy and private. Wish we had more time. Would love to come back in the future
Kyle was a top notch online host… Extremely responsive and informative. Bethany was a super friendly on site host. Home was clean, welcoming and stocked with everything we needed. Housekeeping went over and beyond to make our arrival and stay wonderful. Towels, shape like fans, and tissues design like roses. Celebrated a birthday and host had a nice note and gift waiting. We miss the river! Thank you all!
There is absolutely nothing Kyle & Krissy could do to make this property more perfect! They literally have thought of everything, from a crockpot to fans in the bedrooms to sounds machines to block noise. We prepared a full Thanksgiving dinner without issue, enjoyed the hot tub and a fire, and even borrowed a card game and coffee creamer from their well stocked “pantry”. The entire property is picturesque and we ended up doing family photos just outside our cabin. This will now be our go to spot for our frequent trips to Estes Park and RMNP. Thank you for an amazing week!
The condo was very clean and well stocked with towels and blankets. The stairs were a little challenging for all of our cold weather gear. We enjoyed the kitchen and the family room. We thought we might bring a pet but found a sitter. I tried to let them know that we weren't going to have a pet but never heard back. We were charged for the pet. Probably my fault. We will stay here again in thre future.

Too many stairs.
Good overall older cabin. Amenities were well appreciated including the hot tub. The stove needs proper fitting burner pans as pots did not sit level. The toaster and can opener did not work. Tenant needs to know that the cabin sits up on a hill and there are 2 flights of rather steep stairs to the bedrooms. Better pictures of stairs would be helpful. Being high on the hill you hear all the road noise.
The cabin is very nice and in such a pretty location. Everything was comfortable, especially the beds. So nice to have king size beds and an en-suite full bathroom in each bedroom. There’s also a closet in each bedroom with fans and extra blankets The bedrooms are upstairs but the steps are very sturdy and easy to walk up. There’s also a half bath and 2 closets on the first floor, along with the living room and full kitchen. Everything was spotless. The back porch with the hot tub, Adirondack chairs and fire pit looked inviting but we were exhausted and didn't use them after a very busy weekend and another nail-biter Chiefs win! We appreciated the covered parking space under the cabin and the one flight of stairs was easy to climb. There’s a large front deck with a nice wooden table and chairs. The partition between the decks of the adjoining space can be pulled back to make one large deck if you’re traveling with friends or family.
Everything was wonderful and I wish we could’ve stayed longer.
This location is conveniently located about 15 min from Estes Park and was easy to find on our way in. While located just off one of the main roads to Estes Park, it provided a beautiful serene place to sleep, cook, grill and use the hot tub after long days hiking and exploring.
