This villa near the medieval village of Seillans (2.5 km) will allow you to spend your vacation time at the rhythm of nature (horse riding, golf at Terre Blanche), nautical activities at Lac de Saint-Cassien (18 km) and aerial Fayence-Tourrettes gliding center. Seillans attracts by its tranquility, its winding alleys, its vaulted passages and the harmony of landscape and stone. The large countryside property in the Var hinterland enjoys unobstructed views of the valley and is just 35 km from the sea. This property benefits from a 5000 m2 plot with a very well maintained garden whose steep relief creates a unique environment. Ample parking allows to park 5 cars and one can be under shelter. A large swimming pool, a pétanque court and a table tennis table will allow you to spend an unforgettable holiday. The whole is completed by several terraces, the large covered one and adjoining the kitchen will allow you to gather around meals. You enter directly into the large living room through the living room with fireplace, office area and reading area, then on the left there is the TV lounge, a separate WC and a bedroom with a large double bed with en-suite bathroom, private WC and fan. Also on the ground floor, on the right, there is the dining room with large, very well equipped American kitchen and a utility room. All these rooms have direct access to the outside.
