You will have a housing with independent access of 48 m ² with reversible air-conditioning in the stay as well as in the 2 rooms.
Private parking in front of the property, fully fenced.
South facing. Beautiful view of the village and vineyards.
The accommodation consists of:

- Large terrace with garden furniture under the pergola.
- 1 living room with fully fitted and equipped kitchen.
