Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this 95 m² air-conditioned house with swimming pool for rent in Carcès, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. It comprises a 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a 1,100 m² garden. Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation comprises  
\- 30 m² living room with TV, sofas and dining area  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen including oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...  
\- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)  
\- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- Bedroom 3: two single beds and a crib  
\- Bathroom with shower  
\- Separate WC  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, air conditioning (living room, hall and bedrooms)  
  
Outside :  
\- A 10m x 5m swimming pool (private, unheated), open from May 1 to September 30\.   
\- 1,100 m² private, fenced garden   
\- A 60 m² south-east-facing terrace, with furniture for enjoying fine weather.  
\- A 12 m² south-west-facing raised terrace with furniture

The house is ideally located in Carcès, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
