"The hotel is in a great location. All the best sights of Sofia are within walking distance. There are many restaurants in the area. And it is also close to transit lines. It doesn't have much in amenities but it is easy to access. And the elevator is convenient. The bed was quite comfortable. And there's a grocery store right next to the hotel. All in all, it was a great stay."

But the room let us down: carpets old, stained and dirty, floors unvacuumed, furniture disarranged, and zero decor. Lobby is beautiful, but the room didn’t match those standards. No surprise the Bonvoy partnership seems to have ended"
