Minha experiência no Hotel Palace em Belo Horizonte foi extremamente desagradável. Fizemos a reserva com muita antecedência pelo Hoteis.com, saindo de Salvador com a expectativa de um bom acolhimento, mas o que encontramos foi uma sucessão de erros e falta de profissionalismo.
Os problemas foram:
Falta de Preparo: Ao chegarmos, fomos informados que não havia quarto de casal limpo porque a faxineira não tinha ido trabalhar. Um hotel desse porte não pode...

"Péssima experiência. A suíte não foi a que reservei, a recepcionista não encontrou minha reserva e me colocou em qualquer quarto. A tranca da porta estava em péssimo estado, comprometendo a segurança. A pia vazava, o ventilador fazia muito barulho, e o conforto é muito ruim: cama desconfortável, travesseiros finos e cabeceira estrutura de tijolo. Falta total de manutenção e organização. Não recomendo."
