"Comfortable room and bed, quiet atea and easy access to sites around Montgomery. We were able to park our car and walk everywhere. Staff were great. "

"We stayed in the hotel for 10 nights, and I am so sorry to say, I had to fight every day for towels, housekeeping (our room was only cleaned 5 times during our stay). We are an elderly couple and booked a Handicapped room. The shower seat threw water all over the bathroom floor. The hotel could not fix this, so we asked for 2 extra bath towels in order to absorb the water so as not to slip. Between begging for towels and house keeping -we were totally frustrated and exhausted. The Front desk was very apologetic but never fixed anything. Towards the end of our stay I shopped for toilet tissue,kleenex,mouthwash and soap. We received nothing from the Hotel in spite of asking numerous times. The only7 housekeeping we received was -emptying our trash bins and resetting our thermostat to 62 degrees - We would come back in the evening to a freezing room (unmade). We must ask the question why? Was this Elder abuse? Handicapped bias? How sad that a Hotel of this caliber behaved in this manner. "

"The staff was extremely helpful. The rooms were clean, and the temperature control worked very well. The bedding, pillows, and sheets were comfortable. However, the glass shower doors did not prevent water from leaking, and the toilet continued to leak after flushing. Otherwise, the location is great and the hotel is generally good."

"Second time staying here and probably last. Tried to book room thru their website. Was more than Expedia and wouldn’t match and I’m a Marriott member and still wouldn’t do anything. So booked thru Expedia. Room was dusty and didn’t even give new glasses after we used them. Then 2x our key card stopped working. Asked to talk to a manager. Was given a number to call. Called and it just rang so couldn’t leave a number. Then called and asked front desk to have someone call back. Still nothing. Hotel is nice and great location but maybe want to check elsewhere"

"It suited us fine but we found it certainly less than “deluxe.” The downstairs bedroom bathroom shower was particularly frustrating and disappointing - not easy to find water temp and pressure and the containers of soap, conditioner and shampoo were not labeled and filled with fluids that were had strangely congealed. The whole bathroom needs some updating and care. And it was difficult to use the nice front room to meet together given how far apart the chairs were. It wasn’t at all cozy or hospitable."

"Premium Price, Far From Premium Experience: Arrived at confirmed 3 PM check-in to find cleaning still in progress. Check-in instructions listed a keypad entry code — no keypad existed at the property. The actual entry method was never communicated. Our group was denied access, including use of restroom facilities, for an extended period after check-in time.A glass-pane French door separating the living area from the stairway was visibly coming off its hinges — a serious hazard with toddlers in our group. Reported with photos Thursday morning. Host refused a temporary baby gate, provided no repair timeline, and did not notify us when the repair person would arrive despite our explicit request. Repair came over 10 hours later. One group member missed our ceremony waiting for the unannounced visit. The door was made functional but the repair was not a proper permanent fix.Wi-Fi failed Friday evening. Host responded near 1 AM directing us to unplug a router that was not present in the home. Never restored.Police responded to a disturbance outside Friday night. A vehicle circled the property repeatedly at 1 AM Saturday playing audio with ominous, repetitive lyrics at high volume, causing significant distress to our group including young children."
