"This was our second time staying here, we returned because we enjoyed the first visit so much! Unfortunately this visit was not the same. Room wasnt ready at check in, when we finally got room it was not the 2 bedroom 2 bath I booked, didn't have bedding for the pullout sofa had to request that. Also we didnt get our bracelets for the water park or the schedule for events on site at checkout. They were just very disorganized and unprepared for the springbreak crowd this year. I would have to think hard about returning for another stay."

"Very convenient location for a trip to Universal. We were visiting during a busy spring week so the lines were expected but we were hoping it was a little less crowded. The lines for the buses are long in the mornings but tend to move through somewhat efficiently. The lines are a little confusing as they split late and some people were waiting in wrong line. The Starbucks line is too much in the mornings. I recommend bringing your coffee cup to the cafeteria to fill up at the coffee station. The pool is nice and lifeguards were doing a great job. The rooms are spacious, clean and pleasant. "

"The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. The property was very nice and clean. The only thing I wish for is that you all notified resident that to partake in the waterpark area is an additional cost."
