"My original room key didn't work, even after 4 attempts to program it, so the young lady at the desk switched me rooms and made sure the key worked. Unfortunately the room was just an emergency backup room due to being fully booked and as such, it wasn't as presentable as other rooms, but it was clean and comfortable."

"Overall, the trip was really good. My room was clean, staff was friendly, and the location was perfect. The only downside was that there was a fight in the hallway in the middle of the night, so that kept my husband and I up for about an hour, but other than that, everything was smooth sailing!"

"This stay was almost perfect. We loved the room and the area. But be aware of the $20 per night parking. I paid for breakfast and it was mediocre-definitely not worth $20-oatmeal, sausage links, eggs, bacon, And the rest was continental style. But we enjoyed our time in Charlotte."

"Break was fine staff was friendly room had stains on mattress and chair in the room nightstand was partially broken was amazing it being so close to Carowinds but I do wish it was alittle cleaner "

"prices did not match anywhere, parking was $16 nightly and the breakfast buffet was $23 and it was mediocre. Nice lounge. Pool outside was closed even tho it was it was in high 80s but that was alright. The bar was a nice touch wish it was open maybe an hour extra, midnight is early for a bar but it was so convenient being downstairs. Parking was no issue and plenty of space. Hotel rooms will never be perfect as too many people are in and out but 7.5/10"
