"This stay was almost perfect. We loved the room and the area. But be aware of the $20 per night parking. I paid for breakfast and it was mediocre-definitely not worth $20-oatmeal, sausage links, eggs, bacon, And the rest was continental style. But we enjoyed our time in Charlotte."

"Break was fine staff was friendly room had stains on mattress and chair in the room nightstand was partially broken was amazing it being so close to Carowinds but I do wish it was alittle cleaner "

"prices did not match anywhere, parking was $16 nightly and the breakfast buffet was $23 and it was mediocre. Nice lounge. Pool outside was closed even tho it was it was in high 80s but that was alright. The bar was a nice touch wish it was open maybe an hour extra, midnight is early for a bar but it was so convenient being downstairs. Parking was no issue and plenty of space. Hotel rooms will never be perfect as too many people are in and out but 7.5/10"

"All elevators were broken, rooms looked like they were mid-repair with chipped paint, exposed wood. The mattresses were too small for the bed slats, which left rusty slats exposed at ankle level. I cut my arm on one of them and repeatedly knocked into them with my feet."
