I was going to an event at the Salt Palace and if you slide in through the parking garage door on 300 S you have a very short walk outdoors, which was helpful in this case because it was raining a lot. Even better if you are at an event in the western part of the building, but at least you can walk inside. Desk staff was very pleasant to deal with.
