"Staff was excellent super nice and helpful hotel was really clean especially pool room breakfast was ok nothing great about could use improvements taste was bland and not a lot to choose from they need to update bed they were super old and hard cleaning staff made sure hotel lobby and pool and breakfast area was super clean which was great but could do better with rooms ours smelled like feet and carpet and tubs were not that great looking"

"The room, bedsheets, towels smelled like cigarettes. Although I had a “no smoke room” (I’m not a smoker). I asked for a queen bed but was given double beds. When I feel someone with a family could of benefited the room rather than just 2 people that need 1 bed. I had trouble going into my room the door wouldn’t open. The stair door is a safety hazard. Had to use full physical force to open. My bathroom door wouldn’t close, the shower curtain is too short. Water was spilling onto the floor. We wiped the floor with a white cloth and was black (DIRTY)! We weren’t able to watch TV there were no signal. The only good thing was that the manager let us check in early when the receptionist said we had to wait until 3pm (we arrived at 1)"

"Our room was supposed to be cleaned every other day, but on the day it should have been cleaned, no one showed up. No clean towels, no trash dumped, nothing. Also, we didn't find out until morning two, that the buffet was $16 a person, which on day 1 no one gave us tickets, front desk didn't mention anything on check in, no one mentioned anything, so it took us by surprise, because it was a standard continental breakfast, nothing fancy. So overall, it was a nice stay, there was just some little things that could have been better."

"I had a great experience staying at this hotel, thanks to the fantastic staff of Latinas running the place! From the front desk to the housekeepers to the breakfast staff, I was in excellent hands with these ladies. Friendly, efficient, and the rooms and hotel were extremely clean. Latinas and Latinos keep this country running and I'm so grateful! Can't wait to stay here again on my next trip to Denver!!"

"The air conditioning did not work properly throughout the night, and the room became very hot. This made our stay quite uncomfortable. We would appreciate some form of compensation or accommodation for this inconvenience. We spoke with the front desk staff, and they confirmed that there have been ongoing issues with the HVAC system.
