    "The staff was wonderful. We received a very warm welcome from the staff and they even helped us book a wonderful snorkeling excursion. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the hotel. I was aware of being in Key West surrounded by nature but the amount of bugs in the room was a bit much. After the first night, the bathroom was filled with little flying bugs that were all over the sink and part of the shower.
