"We came into town for a comedy show so it was just for a night, however, the hotel itself is beautiful and the staff is great! My only complaints are, the bed is beyond stiff, the pillows are only half full of stuffing, the kleenex looked like someone grabbed a handful and just stuffed it into the box. One of the lights next to the bed didnt work and when I used the iron on an ariticle of black clothing it left white residue all over it. "

"The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful. We were able to retrieve a water bottle we had left in the fridge after we checked out. Also, we enjoyed walking along the canal walkway in the evenings, and the hotel was a convenient walk from the convention center where we attended a conference."

"I loved the quietness but still in the city. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I was there celebrating my birthday and it was a wonderful experience. I will definitely be back in the future for my anniversary in the summer."
