The staff was truly amazing and provided excellent service throughout our stay. However, I was disappointed with the food and beverage options. Despite paying for the premium all-inclusive package, the experience did not match the price; we were largely restricted to the buffet, and premium liquors still carried an additional fee. Given the cost, I expected a much better selection of food and included drinks.
