The complex and amenities are excellent. The customer service from the front desk is exceptional. It is a big complex and you need to be transported by golf cart from place to place but it is not a problem because someone always answers at the front desk. The restaurants are delicious. We dined at Carbon and the views were spectacular. Will definitely stay here again.

We rented the Master/Deluxe Suite with the Jacuzzi, and unfortunately, there was no hot water during our stay. We were told this was an issue affecting the building where the Deluxe/Master Suites with Jacuzzis are located, so if you're considering paying extra for one of these rooms, be aware that you may not be able to enjoy the Jacuzzi at all. The lack of hot water really affected our stay because we specifically paid more for the upgraded suite and its amenities, yet we couldn't properly use them. Having a Jacuzzi in the room doesn't mean much when there isn't hot water. The hotel itself also feels outdated, and the walls are very thin. You can hear a lot of noise from the surrounding rooms, which makes it difficult to fully relax. We also tried the breakfast buffet and didn't think it was worth the price. There are much better options outside the hotel, so I would recommend eating elsewhere. The one major positive is the view. The view from the hotel is absolutely amazing and easily the best part of our stay. Overall, the location and views are beautiful, but our experience was seriously affected by the lack of hot water, especially after paying for one of their higher-end suites. If you're booking a Deluxe/Master Suite specifically for the Jacuzzi, I would confirm that the hot water is working before your stay.
