"Slept for one night with me and 4 other people in the room and we loved it, we slept comfortable and everything is great just would’ve wished breakfast was included with the room without paying extra but otherwise the hotel was close to Clifton so we only walked for 5 mins to reach the main Clifton."

"They are remodeling the halls so they were a little messy but that’s understandable. Our first room honestly had a few issues however we spoke to the manager and she was EXTREMELY understanding and changed our room immediately!! She couldn’t have been nicer. She was soo sweet and helpful. She really made us feel heard and not like we were any problem. This is the second time we stayed here as a family. My husband and I stayed here about 18-20 years ago multiple times and had to bring our kids. We had an amazing time and will continue to stay here whenever we come to Niagra falls."
