- Writer's Cove -Chapter One is nestled in a wooded setting just three blocks from Douglas Beach. This 2 BR, 1 Bath duplex includes a seasonal room for extra space. Sleeping accommodations for 4-6 with fold out queen sofa sleeper. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make a great meal. A large deck includes a gas grill, tables, and a fire pit with plenty of seating. Only a 5 minute walk to Douglas Beach, makes this a perfect location for a getaway with family or friends.
Chapter One has hardwood floors throughout, an open living and kitchen area.
This two BR unit has one room with a Queen bed and the other with 2 Twins or use the Split King converter. The living room has a pull out queen sofa and seating for 6 with a flat screen 40" HDTV, Cable TV, DVD player, access to Netflix and full WiFi throughout the house. Equipped with games and a library of reading materials to provide you with the perfect relaxing get away. There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit as well. Pets are also welcome with a required pet fee.
