There were plenty of pillows and electrical outlets. The particular thing we noticed that the carpet seemed in need of a deep clean. When walking around the room, our feet got dirty. When we wet them & wiped them on the towel rug by the shower, we could see the physical dirt left. (we wore socks & sneakers all day). Very low key & polite folks working there. The pre check-in was easy online and when I arrived, I received my room keys quickly. It's like having your own small apartment with everything you need but food. The Italian restaurant is the best one in Sedona with delicious food and a full bar. Happy Hour features live entertainment in the early evening in their outdoor patio. The hotel is within walking distance of several pleasant rrstaurants and 2-3 min. drive from others. The Bell Rock hiking trail about 4 min. away by auto.
