The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent this charming 65 m² apartment with sea view, less than a kilometer from the beach, with swimming pool, for rent in Douarnenez. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a bathroom (with shower and bath). Wi-Fi (fiber optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation comprises :  
\- A 20 m² living room with TV, two sofa beds, a dining area...  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...

\- A shared heated swimming pool, open from June 15 to September 15, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. in summer. Parasol and deckchair available for residents.
