Le gros problème est le bruit du voisinage: bruit de pas, chasse d'eau, discussion ... La courette est en fait un mur de 3m de haut à 1m des fenêtres. Le jardin est sans intérêt car mal entretenu et accessible par une sorte de débarras. Le ménage est compris dans le prix de la location, c'est n'est donc pas une option que l'on peut choisir ou non. Le stationnement est aléatoire dans la rue . Seuls points positifs: literie correcte et logement bien placé par rapport aux commerces ##### Vincent N.
