"Warning. This hotel DOES NOT offer free WiFi. You have to pay unless you have a premium Bonvoy account. The free WiFi mentioned in the description is wrong. Hotel cleanliness, condition and comfort were good but all service people I dealt with were unfriendly, especially the 3 reception ladies I had to talk to. One was slightly nicer when I gave her my Bonvoy number and she realized I’m a platinum member, but overall the hotel needs some major customer service training. Had
