Had to make phone calls to get access to hotel and room as we had not received an email with the key code. Expedia were of no real help. It was another guest that helped us out. Once we were in the were no complaints and presently surprised. Breakfast was very good

I didn't know hotels like home hotel yet. Beacuse of the covid situation the hotel looked like closed whey I arrived late. But I called the number given by the reservation and I could contact with a kind person immediately and I got the code with whick I could enter. Personal in the restaurant were also helpful.

とても綺麗なホテルでした。ホテルの管理人さん、ホテルローズさん関連のスタッフさん、清掃員さんみなさんの人柄だったり接客が良くとても過ごしやすく快適でした。 駅やスーパーも歩いて1、2分のところにあり、とても利用しやすいと思います。 ひとつ言うとすればホテルの入り方が難しかったなと思います。。！ 私が日本人ということもあるかもしれませんが(笑) ほんとに素敵なホテルでした！こちら周辺のホテルお探しの方は強くおすすめします。
