Holidays for the whole family at a very good price / performance ratio. In our approx. 80 m² holiday home on the North Sea is room for up to 6 people (4 adults.-Bed + 1 bunk bed for 2 children). Our house is u. a. equipped with a large conservatory, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, stove with oven, microwave, toaster, a fireplace, barbecue, beach chair, wireless internet, over 150 video films. Since September 2018, my holiday home is completely fenced or surrounded by hedge and privacy. In addition, a second car parking space was set up. The very reasonable prices include Wi-Fi, washing machine use, final cleaning and energy costs. In addition, we have for our guests from the spring on the beach of Dornumersiel up until the fall of a beach chair, which is available in the accounting period on every odd day. In the immediate vicinity there is a playground and soccer field. There is also a small shop nearby, where you can u. a. can buy fresh bread. In approx. 2 km distance to the holiday home Ostfrieslandtraum u. a. a supermarket and various restaurants. My cottage is u. a. equipped with various toys, a tricycle and a wagon and is rented all year round. Enjoy with us a well deserved holiday, regardless of the season and at the same time do something for your health. Especially healthy is the bracing climate of the lake during the cold season. After a walk through the cold sea air, you can make yourself at the fireplace cozy. Note for train travelers: If you plan to arrive by train, we can organize on request a shuttle service from the train stations z. B. in Esens or north to the House. Our house is ideal for families with children. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement with us. You will find our comfortable house in Dornumersiel-Westerbur. To the nearest supermarket and the beach is a short drive. Directly in Westerbur you can provide foot in a few minutes with fresh bread etc.. On the upper floor of the holiday home Ostfrieslandtraum you have a master bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom, also with a double bed available. Both bedrooms are equipped with a TV. There is also a third bedroom with a bunk bed for 2 children. upstairs Furthermore, a separate toilet available. On the ground floor offers a large living room with fireplace, satellite TV, DVD and CD players, over 150 videos, numerous books and a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, oven, toaster, coffee maker and other kitchen utensils. Furthermore, there is the ground floor bathroom with bath and washing machine. Outside there is a terrace in south-west location with a beach chair and umbrella. In our garage you are u. a. a wagon, a tricycle, etc. available. Would you like to borrow sheets and towels? For this purpose locally 10.00 € / person is charged. In this case, the beds are already made upon arrival. Do you want firewood for the in-house fireplace? For this purpose € 4.00 per woodpack will be charged locally. Sehr gut für Urlaub mit Hund, da das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt ist. Man hat alles was man braucht. Gut auch mit Hund, dass Grundstück ist eingezäunt. Da hier auch eine recht neue Küche eingebaut ist und vor allem mit viel Zubehör bestückt wurde. Ist es möglich, die ein oder andere Mahlzeit dort zu zubereiten. Gern wieder. ##### Dirk S. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, so dass auch der Hund keine Leine brauchte.... Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und für Kinder gibt es in der direkten Nähe einen Platz zum spielen. ##### Sven M. Die Stellen mit Hundeauslauf sind leider viel zu weit vom Wasser weg so das der Hund nicht mal ins Meer kann. Angeleint ist Pflicht, selbst im Feld geht ohne Leine nichts 😒 ##### Carsten S. Küche war praktisch eingerichtet, und Wohnzimmer / Esszimmer sehr gemütlich. In allen Räumen Rollladen und im Wintergarten eine ausziehbare Sonnenschutz. Spielplatz in 200 m Nähe und für die Vierbeiner in 400 m Nähe genug Auslauf. Die Umgebung und Lage fanden wir persönlich, sehr gut. Nettes kleines Dorf, am Ende der Straße befindet sich ein schöner Spielplatz mit großer Wiese. Das Haus ist eigentlich schön, die Küche ist etwas sehr klein und älter (kommt aber Ende des Jahres eine Neue rein). Leider liegt das Bad unten und alle Schlafzimmer im 1rsten Stock, wo sich nur eine winzige Toilette befindet. Aber man kann den Urlaub über ruhig ein Auge zudrücken. 1 Stern Abzug wegen, Unordnung, Sauberkeit, kleineren nötigen Reperaturen. Einige Geräte in der Küche (Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine etc.) waren veraltet. Insgesamt war die Einrichtung -bis auf die Sofamöbel- eher in einem älteren Stil gehalten. Die große fensterfront/Wintergarten im Wohnzimmer spendet viel Licht, an heißen Tagen wird es aber auch sehr warm. Die Sauberkeit des Hauses bei Übergabe war insgesamt ok aber verbesserungsfähig. Geschlafen haben wir gut, die Lage ist in einer Sackgasse und schön ruhig. Für Kinder ideale Lage, da sehr nah zum Spielplatz. ##### Ann-Kristin G. Die Küche ist etwas klein geraten, die Matratzen waren für unseren Geschmack etwas zu weich und der Sound der Lautsprecherboxen ist grottig, das war aber wirklich auch schon alles, was man unter Umständen bemängeln könnte. Der Rest war top, insbesondere die Mückengitter an allen Fenstern, der Strandkorb, die Gartenmöbel, die drei Fernseher mit Filmen und und und.....Ach so, für jemanden, der nicht so gerne Fahrrad fährt, ist ein Auto empfehlenswert. ##### Volker Hans O.
