Occupancy up to 4 people and a baby. Nessmersiel is also often referred to as the Mecca of Watt Walkers, as most of the mudflats on the North Sea coast start from here. Beach, harbor and the family center Sturmfrei with WellnessOase are within walking distance. 200-145a: Cozy Non smoking apartment on the ground floor with south-facing terrace directly on the summer dike with great views in a well-kept house with only 4 units. Modern living and dining room with comfortable couch and flat screen TV, and a dining table with seating. Direct access to the south-facing terrace with garden furniture and unobstructed foresight. Separate kitchen with fitted kitchen with 4-plate stove with oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and all necessary electrical appliances. Sufficient pots and pans, place settings and cutlery. One bedroom with double bed. One bedroom with tandem bed (second sleeping area is taken off) Daylight bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.
