### Modernized vacation townhouse in Dornumersiel
General information:
The approximately 70 square meters large holiday house (for up to 4 people plus toddler) is located in a quiet yet central location to the center, about 250 meters from the supermarket and bakery and about 350 meters from various restaurants. The beach and the sea are within walking distance, as well as the miniature golf course, the children's playhouse and the heated seawater outdoor pool of Dornumersiel.
On the holiday home terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue, you can end the day and let your mind wander. Telephone and Wi-Fi are available to guests free of charge.
On the ground floor there is a cozy living / dining room. This is equipped with satellite TV and DVD player and a stereo with radio, CD and Bluetooth. There are games and books for all ages. In the kitchen adjacent to the living area are refrigerator, dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. A guest toilet and a storage room with iron, ironing board and clothes horse are also located on the ground floor.
Upstairs you will find two bedrooms (double and twin) and a bathroom. The twin room has a TV. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet.
For small guests a cot, a high chair and a stair gate are available. All windows have exterior blinds. Four bicycles, a learner bike and wagon are available for free use. Washer and dryer can be used for a small fee (not from 15\. 11\. to 15\. 3.).
An on-site parking and an adjacent playground are also available.

Das Häuschen hat uns gut gefallen, es war sauber und nett eingerichtet mit einer schönen gemütlichen Sofaecke. Zum gut ausgestatteten Supermarkt sind es nur wenige Gehminuten, zum Strand etwas weiter. Die schlauchartige Zufahrt zum Parkplatz der Reihenhäuser ist allerdings sehr eng und mit größeren Autos kaum möglich. Nicht gut war der Check-In, der Hausschlüssel muss im 10 KM entfernten Neßmersiel abgeholt werden, da wir erst abends angereist sind war die Verwalterin leider nicht mehr vor Ort, den Schlüssel konnten wir zwar abholen mussten aber am nächsten Tag erneut hinfahren um die Kurtaxe zu zahlen und schließlich am Abreisetag nochmal hin um den Schlüssel wieder abzugeben. Da wäre ein Schlüsselsafe auf jeden Fall eine bessere Lösung und die Kurkarte könnte digital zur Verfügung gestellt werden, damit würden die Gäste sich viel Fahrerei ersparen.Aber ansonsten hatten wir hier eine schöne Ferienwoche!

Die Reihenhaussiedlung ist günstig gelegen - Supermarkt (auch sonntags geöffnet), Restaurants und Eisdielen sind ganz in der Nähe. Die Nähe zur Hauptstraße hat eigentlich nicht gestört. Zum Strand ist es schon ein gutes Stück, aber der ist in Dornumersiel eben sehr abseits.Leider hat es bei unserer Ankunft sehr nach Zigarette gerochen, der Geruch ging auch nicht wirklich weg.Wir hatten Bettwäsche und Handtücher dazu gebucht. Ein Lob für die vielen Handtücher - das hatten wir schon anders erlebt...Die Bettwäsche wollten wir selbst aufziehen. Hätten wir besser nicht gemacht - die Matratzen-Topper und Kissen waren fleckig, das war echt nicht schön. Müssen dringend gereinigt oder ausgetauscht werden!Badezimmer etc. war hingegen sehr sauberDie Ausstattung in der Unterkunft war an sich in Ordnung, aber in den Schränken im Wohnzimmer war es schon sehr unaufgeräumt.

Wir waren zu viert dort und es hat prima gepasst. Gemütliche Einrichtung, ruhige Lage und trotzdem fußläufig zum Supermarkt und ein paar leckeren Restaurants im Ort. Auch der Strand war gut zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto war man schnell aber auch zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad kein Problem, gerne wieder

Ein wunderbarer und erholsamer Urlaub. Beim Check-in sind wir herzlich empfangen worden. Sind aber leider nicht darauf hingewiesen worden, dass ein persönlicher Check-out erst ab 8 Uhr möglich ist.Sehr schönes Haus mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Sauberkeit war bei uns leider nur befriedigend.Umgebung und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten super.

#### Schöne Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut gelegen und war sehr sauber und es war alles da, was wir benötigt haben. Das kaum Toilettenpapier da war, war zum Glück durch den nahegelegenen Laden zu retten (der hat auch sonntags auf). Das Treppengitter machte auf uns keinen sehr stabilen Eindruck , so dass wir ganz darauf verzichtet haben. Beim Checkin sollte darauf verwiesen werden, dass der Schlüssel laut Verwalterin bis 18 Uhr abgeholt werden soll. Das ist gerade bei weitem Anreisen wichtig.

Das Haus ist klein aber fein. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich. Toll fanden wir, dass man die Bettdecken nach Bedarf verändern konnte, sodass man entweder eine dicke oder dünnere Decke hatte. Auch von Vorteil ist, dass man in ca. 15 Minuten am Strand ist und einen schönen Spaziergang machen kann. Der Supermarkt, der alles bietet, was man braucht, ist in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar.

Die Lage des Objekts war für uns optimal. Der Weg zum Strand und zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist zu Fuß gut zu schaffen. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ist zufriedenstellend. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein APP-gesteuertes Heizungssystem, was für uns jedoch nicht positiv war. Als wir ankamen, waren im Haus lediglich 12 Grad, sodass ein Aufenthalt in den ersten Stunden gar nicht möglich war. Wir haben nur unsere Sachen abgestellt und sind wieder gefahren. Wenn ein Haus über solch ein System verfügt, wäre es schön, wenn es im Sinne der Mieter genutzt wird und die Temperatur entsprechend frühzeitig warm eingestellt wird. Eine Nachtabsenkung ab ca. 22Uhr auf 10 Grad war leider auch oft unangenehm und erscheint auch nicht sparsam, wenn die Heizung bei erneutem Anspringen umso mehr aufheizen muss, um die gewünschte Temperatur zu erreichen. Schade war außerdem, dass die beiden Einzelbetten im Kinderzimmer stark quietschen, sodass ein ruhiger und erholsamer Schlaf kaum möglich war. Zur Sauberkeit ist zu sagen, dass die Räume zwar gut geputzt waren, aber im Gäste-WC roch es oft sehr unangenehm, sodass wir dies kaum genutzt haben. Das Sofa sticht zwar durch seine Größe hervor, jedoch müsste dies (vor allem oben auf) mal wieder abgesaugt werden.

#### Kleines Reihenmittelhaus in ruhiger Lage
Sehr ruhige Lage, da nicht direkt im ortskern gelegen. Kleine Terrasse vorhanden. Ferienhaus ist sauber, super ausgestattet und exakt wie beschrieben. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten alles vor Ort, was wir brauchten. Supermarkt ist fußläufig erreichbar, sind vielleicht 250 m. Zum Strand etwa 15-20 Minuten Fußweg, aber durch sehr malerische Gegend. Hat uns gar nicht gestört. Zwei Eisdielen im Ort. Das Nationalparkhaus war direkt nebenan. Mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad sind alle Orte der Umgebung schnell erreicht. Es waren zwei schöne Wochen!

Es war alles nach unseren Vorstellungen. Die Umgebung bietet mehr als genug Programm. Es gibt leckere Restaurants, die fußläufig oder in wenigen Autominuten zu erreichen sind. Das Objekt war sauber, modern und sehr schön aufgeteilt.

#### Schönes Haus, Aussttatung nicht optimal
Leider standen die Fahrräder und der Bollerwagen entgegen der Information im Internet nicht zur Verfügung. Die Aufteilung / Unterbringung der Teller, Gläser und Töpfe ist sehr unpraktisch. Die Gläser stehen ganz hinten im Wohnzimmer, wie auch das Geschirr. Dieses braucht man aber meistens in der Küche. Die Töpfe könnten im Wohnzimmerschrank untergebracht werden,da diese viel seltener genutzt werden.

#### Eine schöne Wohnung, in der es an nichts fehlt.
Ich bin mit meinem Mann und unserem 11 Monate alten Sohn angereist, für den alles vorhanden ist (Bett, 2 verschiedene Hochstühle und ein Treppengitter für den Treppenabgang im OG). Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist super, alles da, was man benötigt. Die Sauberkeit ist generell gut, bis auf die Ecken und unter Gegenständen (bei Kleinkindern rollt viel unter das Sofa...). Alles in allem würden wir die Wohnung wieder mieten, der Ort hat uns aber nicht so gefallen.
