From here you have the shortest route to the beach and the port from all houses in Neßmersiel. The terrace in its own fenced garden is located in a south facing position. In the garden you will find a garden house, polyrattansitzgarnitur for six persons, two sunbaths, as well as a barbecue. Each house has its own 1.20 m high fenced garden. Your car is safely on the property directly at the house. Each house has 1 car parking space. Your bicycles can be parked on the lockable property or in the garden house. Interior equipment Chalet am Deich In our holiday homes we offer you about 120.00 m², spread over two Floors for 6 people, a toddler and a dog. With our free W-LAN you are always online also on vacation. All windows in the house are equipped with external blinds and pleating. Ground floor: Through the entrance area with hallway, storage room and small guest WC, you enter into the 50,00 m² living room with attached open kitchen. In the storeroom you can store your bags or store drinks. There is also a washing machine and a wall cupboard. Kitchen: High quality Nobilia kitchen with drawers, Siemens built-in appliances such as dishwasher, recirculating thermostat with ceramic hob, stainless steel, 170 L fridge with freezer compartment, built-in microwelle, coffee machine, toaster, water cooker, blender, high-quality crockery and porcelain and, and, and. The large dining table (2,00 x 1,00 m) invites not only for eating, but also for social games. You will not miss anything in your holiday kitchen, what you need for a relaxing holiday. Living room: The living room impresses with its size, its large windows to the garden and, of course, the stove. Further you will find a large comfortable couch, satellite TV, DVD player, stereo with USB connection and docking station, company games, DVD movies. The whole ground floor is tiled with brown natural stone tiles and equipped with underfloor heating. On all windows there are external roller shutters and plisees, which spread a wonderful cozy atmosphere depending on the light incidence. Upstairs: The upper floor by the three bedrooms and a large bathroom are reached from the hallway over a massive wooden staircase. There are two bedrooms each with a double bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m And a bedroom with two single beds measuring 0.90 x 2.00 m. All bedrooms have a spacious wardrobe. The bedrooms are additionally equipped with external roller blinds. In the bedroom there is insect protection on the windows. In the bedroom with the single beds are duplo-stones, cars, coloring books and pens, as well as children's games and books are available for your little ones. Bathroom: The 9.00 m² bathroom is equipped with a corner bathtub, separate shower, 2 sinks and WC. Hair dryer and toothbrush are provided in the bathroom. Like the ground floor, the upper floor is also tiled with brown natural stone tiles and is equipped with underfloor heating.
