From here you have the shortest way to the beach and the harbor of all houses in Neßmersiel. The terrace in its own fenced garden is facing south. In the garden there is a garden house, Polyrattansitzgarnitur for six people, two sun loungers, and a barbecue. Each house has its own 1.20 m high fenced garden. Your car is safe on the property directly at the house. Each house has 1 parking space. Your bikes will find a storage space on the lockable property or in the garden shed. Interior Chalet on the dike In our holiday homes we offer you on approx. 120.00 m², distributed over two Storeys accommodate 6 people, a toddler and a dog. With our free Wi-Fi you are always online while on vacation. All windows in the house are equipped with outdoor shutters and plissees. Ground floor: Through the entrance area with hall, storage room and small guest toilet, you enter the 50.00 m² living room with attached open kitchen. In the storage room you can leave your suitcases or store drinks. There is also a washing machine and a wall safe. Kitchen: High-quality Nobilia kitchen with drawer cabinets, Siemens built-in appliances such as dishwasher, convection oven with ceramic hob, Edelstahlesse, 170 L refrigerator with freezer, built-in microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, blender, high quality crockery and china and, and, and. The large dining table (2.00 x 1.00 m) not only invites you to eat, but also for sociable games evenings. You will not miss anything in your holiday kitchen, what you need for a relaxing holiday. All windows have exterior shutters and plisees that spread a beautiful cozy atmosphere depending on the light. Upstairs: The upper floor with the three bedrooms and a large bathroom can be reached from the hallway via a massive wooden staircase. There you will find two bedrooms, each with a double bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m and a bedroom with two single beds measuring 0.90 x 2.00 m. All bedrooms have a spacious wardrobe. The bedrooms are additionally equipped with exterior blinds. In the bedroom insect screens are attached to the windows. In the bedroom with the single beds are Duplo stones, cars, coloring books and pens, as well as children's games and books are available for your little ones. Bathroom: The 9.00 m² bathroom has a corner bath, separate shower. 2 sinks and toilet. Hairdryers and toothbrush cups are provided in the bathroom. The upper floor is like the ground floor also tiled with brown natural stone tiles and equipped with underfloor heating.
