The cottage has two fully furnished apartments - ideal for families or friendly couples - but is only fully let as a unit. Occupancy up to 6 persons and baby possible. Dog allowed. 200-103a: Ground floor: Friendly living and dining room with underfloor heating, sofa and flat screen TV, dining table with seating, fitted kitchen with 4 PlattenHerd with ceramic hob and oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and all electrical appliances. From here you have direct access to the terrace with fireplace grill and the fully fenced meadow land with unobstructed views bedroom with double bed. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. First floor: Cozy living and dining room with sofa and flat screen TV, fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, dishwasher, four-plate cooker with oven, fridge-freezer, microwave and all necessary electrical appliances. Für die Abreise soll man sich am Tag vorher telefonisch melden…..über 40 anrufversuche und 2 Stunden Lebenszeit hat es gedauert um jemanden zu erreichen nur um gesagt zu bekommen, dass man den Schlüssel auf den Tisch legen soll und die Unterkunft besenrein hinterlassen soll. Wir werden von diesem Anbieter keine Unterkunft mehr buchen. ##### Michael L. Dafür in beiden WC nicht ein Stück wcpapier , das muss man selber mitbringen genau wie die Duschmatte. Die Betten sind nicht 180 würde sagen 140cm habe ich aber nicht gemessen. es ist ein Reihenhaus , das Mittlere ##### Regina B. Dreckränder um die Wasserhähne, die mit einem einfachen Lappen schon zu entfernen gewesen wären), alles voller Fliegendreck, Mücken und Spinnen (keine Fliegengitter, Teich und Wassergraben direkt am Haus), kaum ein Fenster/eine Zimmertür/eine Schranktür die sich problemlos öffnen und schließen lässt, defekte Jalousien, stillgelegte Rauchmelder... Der Platz reicht leider nicht aus für alle Mängel. Die Verwaltung war schlecht zu erreichen (Samstag nach der Anreise und am Sonntag gar nicht, die Notfallnummern waren ohne Mailbox abgeschaltet). Einen zweiten Schlüssel und fehlende Bettwäsche durften wir drei Tage nach Anreise dann in Dornum zu einer vorgegebenen Zeit abholen. Das Bett im EG ist völlig durchgelegen und so an die Heizung gezwängt, dass zwei schlanke Erwachsene dort kaum nebeneinander Platz finden. Der Teppich vor dem Bett stinkt fürchterlich. Von unseren Kindern hat die Verwaltung verlangt, sich das Bett im OG zu teilen, für das Zimmer im Dachgeschoß stand trotz Bestellung und Bezahlung erst nach drei Tagen Bettwäsche zur Verfügung. Decken und Kissen sind klumpig, die Bettwäsche sehr verwaschen und wenig einladend. Der Fahrradschuppen ist für große Fahrräder viel zu klein, die Tür sehr schmal. Drei Kinderräder passen vielleicht hinein. Ein Sonnenschirm fehlt wohl schon seit Wochen, der Nachbar hat einen kleinen leihweise zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Strandkorb auf der Terrasse ist verschimmelt. Es gibt keinen Tisch, an dem alle sechs Personen zusammen essen könnten. Auch zu viert wird ist es schon sehr "kuschelig". Die Lage ist wunderbar ruhig. Geschirr und Besteck sind in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden, auch bei Nutzung des Geschirrspülers. ##### Nina K. Die Dame am Telefon sehr freundlich. Beim Empfang fehlte eine gewisse Freundlichkeit. Im Prinzip hat das Objekt für eine Woche vollkommen ausgereicht. Die Lage war okay.
