Our one-room apartments are equipped with a bed (140cm x 200cm), a living and dining area (armchair, coffee table, TV, desk), a kitchen (including kitchen utensils) and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. In addition, each penthouse has a spacious roof terrace with a garden-view. Bed linen and towels for a maximum of two people per apartment are provided by the house and changed during basic cleaning once a month. Vacuum cleaners, brooms and wipers are available for cleaning the apartments yourself. In the laundry room there are washing machines and dryers for our residents to use.
