The detached villa is functionally furnished. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use: garden furniture.

**Your villa** consists of 2 floors, 4 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 110 sqm and can accommodate up to 8 persons. A heating facility does not exist. The entrance is ground level and with lounge. The rooms are divided as follows:  
**Souterrain**: Living room / bedroom as intersecting room and with 2 additional beds at double sofa bed and lounge. Kitchen in the eat-in kitchen as intersecting room and with dinette, dishwasher, gas stove and refrigerator (freezer). The dinette offers space for 8 persons. Bathroom with 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and hairdryer.  
 **Ground floor**: Living room / bedroom as intersecting room and with 2 additional beds at double sofa bed, lounge and TV. You have access to the 8 sqm, covered loggia terrace with garden furniture. Bathroom with 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and washing machine.  
 **1st floor**: Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds. You have access to the 8 sqm balcony to the 8 sqm terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and bidet.  
 In addition, your villa is equipped with electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per antenna.  
  
**Location**  
Cala Gonone, district of Cala Gonone. The villa is located on a 30 sq m enclosed garden plot with lawn, bounded by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking on the street in front of the house.  
  
**Special**  
There is no heating. Iron and washing machine. TV reception is via antenna.
