While staying at the lodges' guests can enjoy pubs, restaurants and even hotels all within walking distance at the Lodges. There are two types of lodges, a dormer style and a two story. Each two storey house boasts bright, airy accommodation comprising of a living room, separate kitchen/dining room, utility room and three bedrooms: one double en suite, one double and single and one single room, with a main bathroom (bath and full shower over bath). It was very neat, clean, and had all of the amenities our family could need. The furniture was very comfortable, and the accommodations were very spacious. The location was perfect. It was within walking distance to two pubs, and just a 5 min. drive to town or the Doolin Ferry. The communication was not great between the office personnel. I did not get any specifics on how to check in until I called the office. And many times, I had to reach out to get confirmation on location, check -in, and accommodation specifics.
