Food is very tasty. But rooms in the older wing are dated and mine wasnt cleab. staff have a habit of calling to wake up guests at 850am for breakfast. Id advise unplugging your phone if you need to sleep in. Hygiene sometimes questionable i found hair in my food and all over thr bathroom. Some very very nice staff and one supervisor who bosses guests around. Shame. We loved it as the boys could run and jump in the room without any danger! The view of the room was excellent which let us enjoy the peaceful and beautiful scenes of Yilan, it made us so relax and comfortable! We could walk around in the mountain. It filled with fresh air and wonderful smell of the nature. The staff were kind too, they treated guests with great hospitality. We had joined their events at night, such as sky lanterns, spin top match, sweet dumpling making, etc. All of these events were free of charge! When we left, they gave us souvenirs (tea bags, spin tops) too!
