Reception people were kind. The room was clean and spacious. Private pool was clean and nice, there is an extendable cover if you want privacy and don’t want guests staying on the upper floors looking. The pool deck is wooden and needs an update, there were little mushrooms growing out of it. Breakfast was terrible, no options really, restaurant staff was rude, not a care in the world. #### 房間整體的品質沒有符合所收取費用的標準 我們這次帶著一個11個月大的嬰兒與三歲大的孩子入住，飯店提供的收費木製嬰兒床竟沒有給床墊所以非常的硬，嬰兒無法睡，這木製嬰兒床和我們住的某五星飯店所提供的是完全相同的款式，但另一家五星飯店卻有提供舒適的床墊，水岸森林卻沒有提供床墊，而且還有額外收費用，再來，當服務員拿嬰兒床給我們時，也沒有做好確實的清潔消毒，我自己有再用酒精擦擦過竟然酒精擦上是呈現黑灰色，表示飯店給我們嬰兒床時沒有擦拭乾淨再拿給我們，對此非常失望，還有，我們大人睡的床墊彈簧觸感非常明顯，躺上去時有彈簧的感覺導致很不舒服，一個晚上入住5000元的品質不應該是如此，房間內私人泳池的水也是非常冰冷，應該調整水池溫度，整體來說，這家飯店所收取的費用，和他們所提供的設備與物品品質，不太符合，下次再選擇有私人泳池的villa不會再選擇這家了。
