"The addresses on both expedia and website were wrong by 3 blocks. When the afternoon staff were called to ask the correct address, the young staffer argued with my wife that him helping her was not his job. The hotel misrepresents its location as family-friendly. It is in the adult entertainment area of busan City. Very cramped alleyways poor lighting obnoxious drunks and other issues. On the bright side, there were complimentary condoms in the room, coupled with a sign posted on the window...

"We both agreed that this is one of the top hotels we've stayed in. Staff are keen to help and always polite. The room was immaculate, and sea view was superb. As this was only a short stay while we passed through Busan we spent most of the days out and didn't have time to explore all the amenities on offer inside the hotel.
