"Check it was good, but when we asked if a full bat/restaurant was available, the young man who chin us in was very annoyed to tell us about the nice restaurant/bar they had on the 18th floor. We were very happy about that so after freshening up after a long travel day, we headed to the place he recommended only to be very sad and upset that it was closed. We decided to have a drink at the hotel bar downstairs and it was blah. After staying at another property in Osaka, this one was mediocre...
"Very convenient for early morning flight. Clean, room comfortable with all you need,
Onsen was excellent with different temperatures, sauna as well. Only issue was only frozen food for dinner, bring dinner or eat at the airport. Breakfast was excellent."
"We were unaware that dinner reservations at the hotel restaurant were required, so we had to drive back to the city to have dinner. Therefore, I recommend contacting the hotel in advance to make a dinner reservation. The breakfast was included, and it was really good!"
"The floor I was on and room smelt like cigarette smoke for some reason, had to turn on the humidifier to clean the air in my room. Other than that it’s a nice setting, decent room space, and great staff"
