& service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### 非常優秀的民宿 非常漂亮的一間民宿，原來有8樓這麼高呀，所以備註沒有寫希望高一點的樓層 （還是基本房都在2樓😂），到民宿的時候才兩點，櫃檯人員人很好，確定房間已準備好，提前讓我們入住，也很細心的說明入住須知，也提醒在海邊風大也有一些蚊蟲，要關好落地窗，詢問隔日早餐要哪種 房間乾淨整齊，也很大，備品都有，廁所與淋浴間是分開的，陽台還有個搖搖椅，坐著坐著就會想睡，不過電視只有數位頻道 8樓的景觀台，有一個小吧台，餐桌椅，去賞景都沒有人，因為帆ㄧ山久是方圓幾里唯一這麼高的建築物，俯瞰著大鵬灣還有另一邊的大海，超享受 電梯裡也有鄰近餐飲推薦跟大鵬灣有的活動 這次住宿真的很享受
