This is a really good choice if you want to be in the old town and close to all the action. Plenty of restaurants nearby and you really get to soak up the atmosphere of Hanoi. Rooms are very good with a great bathroom (grand suite), very reasonably priced. Only negatives - only two umbrellas by the pool so very little shade and the gym is not great. Other than that highly recommended!!

We had an excellent time on board. Hieu was assigned to help us during our stay, and he was absolutely fabulous and took great care of all our needs. Rachel and Tony were also very friendly and attentive to our questions and logistics. Such a great time on Elite of the Seas!

"Everything was fine with my stay. However, I booked for 5 nights but my stay was cut short and I only was able to stay for 3 nights. It is their slow season and the hotel looked to be less than half full. So they were NOT going to lose any revenue from my cancellation as the room would not have been ..."
