Modern 3-room apartment with a view of Regensburg

  • A very modern and well-designed 3-room apartment measuring 70 square metres, featuring a 28-square-meter living-dining area, 2 separate bedrooms, a bathroom, and a very large balcony accessible from both the living room and the bedroom. The apartment is located in a well-maintained new residential complex consisting of a multi-family building (6 units) in Donaustauf (first-time occupancy). You’ll also have your own parking space right outside the door and an assigned basement storage unit.

The apartment is fully furnished with brand-new furniture and equipped to the latest technical standards. The furnishings are all brand new, including a new, modern kitchen. It offers everything you need for a fully equipped household. This cosy, tastefully decorated apartment is ideal for a stay of up to 4 people or families with children. You’ll feel right at home here! The furnishings are of very high quality. The bathroom is also elegantly appointed and far above standard.

The apartment is located in the heart of Donaustauf.
It offers excellent access by bus or car to city centre Regensburg and the surrounding area. The leisure activities and proximity to Lake Guggenberg and the Walhalla are also a plus.

Schöne und große Wohnung. Sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In den Betten konnte man gut schlafen. Alles was man benötigt war vorhanden.

Eine angenehme Wohnung- a place to feel comfortable.

Sehr saubere, modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Ruhige Lage.

Auto Nachbar

Toller Aufenthalt in Donaustauf
