What really sets them apart from other hotels is that they have the space needed for longer stays, and are on the best part of Elgin. You really can’t go wrong by sticking with the Business inn. "The front desk person was not very helpful with error on the booking night she didn’t even bother to check what can she do except said she can book another room and I will loose my money which was very unprofessional for a front desk person "

"Even during the last days of construction, the hotel was comfortable, like a classic hotel should be. Staff was personable and very attentive. My family was in Ottawa for a memorial, and we were all booked onto the same floor, and each room had a personal note of condolence, chocolates and fresh flowers. We were all very moved and very impressed by this thoughtfulness. Bartenders, waiters, bellhops and front desk staff really paid us attention, and made us feel very welcome. The remodeling is turning out very nice, too!"
