At the entrance you will find a bright living room with an open kitchen, dining table and a comfortable sofa bed. The sleeping area consists of a double bed separated from the living room by an elegant decorative curtain, which creates two visually distinct environments while maintaining the open and welcoming atmosphere of the study.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and everything you need to prepare your meals. The bathroom, accessible directly from the living room, has a shower, sink and toilet. In the hallway there is also a washing machine, ideal even for longer stays.
The real star of the house is the large private terrace with a wonderful view of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains. It's the perfect place to enjoy breakfast in the sun, have lunch outside or relax with a glass of wine while admiring the view at sunset.
The apartment is in a quiet but very convenient location: the historic center of Domaso, the lakefront, bars, restaurants and grocery stores can be reached in about 5-10 minutes on foot. Even the beach and the marina are only a few minutes away, while the bus stop is about 5 minutes away on foot and the boat dock can be reached in about 10 minutes, allowing you to easily visit the most beautiful places on Lake Como without using a car.
Guests have a private parking space right in front of the house.
Domaso is one of the most popular destinations on Upper Lake Como, famous for its lakefront, beaches, numerous water sports such as windsurfing, kitesurfing and sailing, as well as the characteristic alleys of the historic center full of restaurants, cafes and ice cream parlors. Thanks to its strategic position, it is also an excellent base for exploring the rest of the lake, visiting the picturesque villages of Gravedona, Menaggio, Bellagio and Varenna or organizing excursions to the surrounding mountains.
