Cosy "rustico" cottage "Ca' Il Nido", 3 storeys, semi-detached, renovated in 2024\. Above Domaso, in the hamlet Pozzolo 2 km from the centre of Domaso, 55 km from the centre of Como, 55 km from the centre of Lecco, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, 2 km from the lake. In the house: air conditioning, heating available only from 01.Oct. - 15.May.. 1.5 km long narrow motor access. 100 m stepped path to the house. Public parking 100 m on the road. Shop 800 m, supermarket 2.4 km, restaurant 800 m, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Colico" 15 km, pebble beach "Domaso" 2 km. Marina 2 km, golf course (18 hole) 28 km, walking paths from the house 500 m. Nearby attractions: Villa Camilla - Domaso, Chiesa di San Bartolomeo, Santuario della Madonna della Neve, Palazzo Gallio-Gravedona. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Mezzola. Hiking paths: Monte Berlinghera, Alpe Pighè, Livo-Crotto Dangri. Please note: car recommended.  
3-room house 60 m2 on 3 levels. Partly renovated in 2024, beautiful and rustic furnishings: open living/dining room with dining nook and TV (flat screen). Open kitchen (oven, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer). Upper floor: 1 room with 1 bed and air conditioning. Shower/bidet/WC. 2nd upper floor: open, with sloping ceilings, 1 double bedroom with air conditioning. Gas heating, air-conditioning. Heating available only from 01.10\. to 15.05\. Parquet floors, natural stone floors. Small balcony. Balcony furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains and the resort. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free).
