Great location, good facilities, thankful for the air con and the shared laundry facilities!!
Other travellers commented about the noise, and yes it is an old property and noise travels from other apartments.
However for us it was reasonable and we didn’t need the complementary earplugs.
We couldn’t hear any street noise from our room either.

It is a fully self sufficient hotel renting apartments. The only complaint I had was the elevator is not up to moving full hotel guests at the crunch times ie 5-7 pm and 10 - 11 am - long waits as everyone wants to use the two elevators at the same time. Other than that I would suggest that guests try to rent the lower floors and use the stairs once their bags are in the room.
Great location near the metro and downtown amenities- especially once their bags construction St Catherine’s is finished.

The hotel is in a good location and its close to the Metro and the universities. Staff were very friendly and ready to assist. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. I would definitely stay a the Sens again.
