Very tasteful apartment in beautifully kept gardens and pool . Only downside was the internet didn’t work in the apartment!

A very nice hotel, pool area on the roof lovely, but no idea why a hotel this size has only 20 sun loungers, and the rest chairs where you can’t spread out. This resulted in people reserving the loungers with towels early morning, and staff not doing anything about it. The pool attendants were varying, some helpful and friendly, others simply pointing to where the towels are rather than getting up and handing them out in a hospitable way. Breakfast was good, but not many seats outside even though there is a big space. Smaller individual tables would mean more people could enjoy the lovely views. I received a room upgrade which was great, very peaceful room with great amenities. Evening turndown service meaning nespresso cup refilling and towel refresh. Reception staff were friendly. It was not able to extend the checkout, but was able to use a shower room behind reception to get changed. No shower as no towels supplied. All in all id be tempted to stay again, but they’d need to change tables & lounger set up on the roof terrace. This will not suffice once the hotel is fully booked.

Absolutely great location and the staff was magnificent, Thiago at the front desk was incredibly detailed explaining and suggesting alternatives for all our questions. We can’t wait to visit them again.
