"The overall aspect of the property was misleading, the property wasn't of a standard that I would expect from a Vrbo property or any rental property, the cleanliness was far from acceptable, massive cobwebs in a few rooms, stains on carpets, rugs that we really a bad trip hazards, the one at the top of the stairs which we moved, sofa bed not fit for purpose, stains on bedding, dishwasher didn't clean properly, no welcome pack, lights in the small bedroom wasn't working, mold and grime build up...

"So the hotel doesn’t look much from the outside but inside it’s well furnished, great decor and very clean. The room had a charming aesthetic with beams, the bedding was excellent and very well equipped. The only complaint I had about the room was the nespresso machine was fiddly and the hot water is really hot so be careful! Would recommend especially for couples."

"Zoe on reception was amazing nothing was too much trouble, I’d phoned prior to going to the hotel with a query and she dealt with it straight away. Also the young guy and another gentleman were really helpful when our tv wasn’t working, they promptly sorted another room for us, which was more spacious. Loved our stay will definitely be back."
