We visited the National Parks in the area and enjoyed a beautiful drive to Telluride.If staying in summer, I would recommend bringing fans to help draw in the cool air at night and keep the back door curtains closed as there is not AC. The house was perfectly located for the NP. The location was good to visit Duango and drive the San Juan Skyway. The house met our expectations. The house was advertised. I traveled with my family of 8 we were in the area for a wedding. Enjoyed the extra amenities like cold water bottles in the fridge and the basic cooking supplies. Didn't like that the thermostat was set by the owner and not able to be changed it was way stuffy in the house and leaving a window open wasn't an option since their isn't screens on all the windows. The neighborhood seemed quaint at first then the weirdos came out. We had a lady chanting at the top of her lungs one night and a man with a loud speaker creepy laughing and driving around the neighborhood another night. Definitely slept with chairs behind the doors. Mostly harsh lighting in the bedrooms so going to bed at different times couldn't happen.
